Services are performed in the Barrie Ontario area, (destination charges apply outside of Barrie)

At any time during diagnostics or repairs, we reserve the right to stop further work and refer you to the dealer or other repair facility where the repairs will be finished, no charge will be applied if this is a cause of us not being able to complete the repair (see examples below)

You will not be charged if:
-During the diagnostic process will find we cannot continue because we do not have the appropraite tools or equipment
-We cannot find the problem

You will be charged if:
-You will be charged for diagnostics if the required repair turns out to be one that we do not perform
-During diagnostic or repair you cancel further work, you will be charged for work already performed

We reserve the right to only repair certain vehicle makes and models.
We do not perform the following repairs on any vehicles:
-Transmission repairs
-Major engine repairs
-Brake work
-Exhaust work
-Steering and suspension work
-any repairs where the vehicle must be lifted off the ground

Warranty

All labour performed by Mobile Auto Tech is guaranteed for ninety days from the date of repair unless otherwise
specified.  All warranties and/or guarantees, if any, for service parts/materials sold, are solely provided by the part manufacturer. Mobile Auto Tech disclaims all warranties and/or guarantees, either expressed or implied, by the part/material manufacturer or any 3rd party. In no event shall Mobile Auto Tech be liable, to the vehicle owner or a 3rd party of any kind, for the fitness of the parts/materials used,  and/or for any direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive damages or any other damages or claims, including but not limited to,  loss of profit, delay, inconvenience, or loss of use of vehicle in connection to the service parts/materials sold and/or installed by Mobile Auto Tech.
