Dodge Caravan power windows do not work

Common problem is the power window motor, Dealer replaced as window regulator and motor assembly

Testing:

- remove door trim panel
- unplug 2 way connector at window motor
- connect test light between the two pins in the connector
- turn Ignition key on, plug in window switch (all window switches must be plugged in)
- work window switch while observing test light

Did the testlight come on when switch was in up and down position?

YES - replace power window motor
NO  - motor is not the problem, further diagnostics required

Dodge Caravan blower motor does not work

Dodge Caravan blower motor, heater fan, a/c fan, does not work or only works on high speed

Common repair, blower motor resistor

Testing:

- remove glove box
- turn the ignition key on
- turn the switch to on position
- using a testlight connected to ground, back probe the green wire of the two way connector on the resistor block
Did the testlight come on?

YES - replace blower motor resistor (most common repair, slight chance other problems may exist)
NO  - no power feed to motor, check fuse and relay, further diagnostics required

Dodge Caravan runs rough, check engine light on, any of the following fault codes present P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304, P0305, P0306

Chrysler TSB present to replaced spark plugs, ignition wires, and update the software in the PCM
