These policies and procedures are for parts purchased directly from CarCare AutoParts Canada, any purchase made through an affiliate is subject to their policies and procedures.
Warranty: All parts sold by CarCare AutoParts come with a manufacturer warranty against defects in material or workmanship, warranty periods may vary depending on the manufacturer. The following are minimum warranty periods according to quality standards and may be extended on certain parts. OEM (Dealer) parts: 1 year or 20,000 km (whichever occurs first) Premium Aftermarket: 1 year or 20,000 km (whichever occurs first) Mid-line Aftermarket: 6 months or 10,000 km (whichever occurs first) Economy Aftermarket: 3 months or 10,000 km (whichever occurs first) Warranty period will commence on the date of invoice. Excluded from warranty are failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper diagnosis/application/installation/operation or vehicle condition. All claims against manufacturer warranty must be submitted to CarCare AutoParts. Parts found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal condition of use and service will be replaced free of charge. CarCare AutoParts does not warrant or cover any labour cost for removal/replacement or damages resulting from delay or loss of use. Payments Payment options are listed at time of order checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Pay Pal. C.O.D. is cash only and accepted on local Barrie Ontario orders. Wrong parts In the rare case that you recieve the wrong parts please contact us immediately. Damaged shipments If the shipment appears damaged, please note the condition on the receipt and have the driver sign the noted condition. If later parts are found to be damaged, contact the carrier to file a claim and contact us to notify of the claim and condition of parts. Merchandise Returns:
CarCare AutoParts will accept authorized returns on unopened and unused merchandise purchased within 30 days, all returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The following merchandise is not acceptable for return: -Electrical/electronic parts -Special order parts -Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, fire or weather -items installed on the vehicle
Catalog Prices In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, CarCareAutoParts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
